I have been working as a consultant since 1983 and have enjoyed learning from many different assignments in various branches. In 2000 I attended my first Agile conference, and since then, I have been trying to practice Lean and Agile wherever possible.

I like to work with anything that provides learning or business value for my clients. I do my best to share experiences within technique, business, and leadership openly.

Ola is a Passionate Business Agility transformation leader. Ola has 17 years of experience in set-up and running Business Agility transformations in challenging international environments. Ola focuses on helping people and their organizations succeed in their Business Agility transformations by coaching, advisory, and training with Professional Enterprise Coaching techniques with roots in NLP and SAFe. Ola is also one of the few SAFe SPCTs in the world, and as that, Ola is also an active contributor to the development of SAFe. Ola has globally trained more than 3000 people in different Lean-Agile trainings and is today supporting several Business Agility transformations in Asia, Europe, and the Middle East.

Kevin is a SAFe SPC, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), Certified Scrum Professional - ScrumMaster (CSP-SM), Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and Society for Human Resources Management - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). He holds a Masters degree in Project Management from the University of Adelaide in Australia, as well as a Bachelors in Behavioral Science from San Jose State University in the USA.
